Ema Dragoescu, 44, of Richmond, fell asleep in the Lord October 14, 2017. She is survived by her husband, Aleksei Oukolov; sister, Michaela Dumitrescu (Lucian) and their children, Lucia and Michael. A visitation will be held Monday from 3 to 5 p.m. in the St. Cyprian of Carthage Orthodox Church, 2570 Huguenot Springs Rd. Midlothian, Va. 23113, followed with Vespers at 5 p.m. and Burial service at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at 9 a.m. The Devine Liturgy will be held in the church with interment following in the Powhatan Community Cemetery.
