Vera Graham Brauer

Vera G. Brauer, 97, of Powhatan, widow of P. Allen Brauer, passed away August 2, 2017. She is survived by three children, John & Pat Brauer of Midlothian, Mary & Carl Orange of Mechanicsville, Liz & Jim Royall of Va. Beach; two brothers, Archer Graham, Francis Graham both of Powhatan; three granddaughters and their husbands, Pam & Dave Kobza, Julie & Scott Garner, Heather & Paul McIntyre and six great grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Hermitage and At Home Care Hospice for their care and attention. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt.60), Powhatan and where a funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment Emmanuel Episcopal Church Cemetery, Powhatan.
