Alberta M. Lowe, 82, of Parma Ohio, formerly of Cumberland, passed away January 29, 2019. She is survived by one brother, Hibbert Matney of Cumberland, two sisters, Lenora Matney of Maryland and Carrie Woosley of Ohio. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Grove Cemetery, Cumberland.
