Anita Tomlin Clayton

Anita Clayton, 69, of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord April 5, 2016. She is survived by her husband, Joe Clayton; son, Joe Clayton, Jr. (Melissa) of Powhatan; her beloved granddaughter, Ashdin Clayton; three brothers, Carl Tomlin (Alice), Walter Tomlin (Casey), Dennis Tomlin (Faye); three sisters, Betty Hickman (Charles), Sybil Randolph (Ron), Bertha Cook (Lewis) and many loved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Carolyn Neece. A memorial service will be held Friday at 11 am in the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, Powhatan.
