Barbara S. Lowery

Barbara S. Lowery, 80, of Powhatan, died December 12, 2013. She is survived by her husband, Phillip B. Lowery, Jr.; children, Susan Privett of Powhatan, Sandra Webster of Chesterfield, Phil B. Lowery, III of Middlesex; sisters, Anna S. Tyler, Gloria S. Tiller, both of Henrico; brother, John L. Schneider, Jr. of Mechanicsville; grandchildren, Heather, Matthew, Megan, Chessa and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 to 4 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt. 60), Powhatan.
