Carol A. Doyle, 74, of Powhatan, assumed her new role as Guardian Angel on May 18, 2014. She is survived by her husband James Doyle, her high school sweetheart; her children, grandchildren and many loving friends. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8pm in the Parrish Hall of St. Luke's Episcopal Church, 2245 Huguenot Trail Rd. Powhatan, Va. 23139, and also were a Celebration of Life service will be held Saturday at 11am. Interment church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Va., 1700 Bayberry Ct.
