Clara "Ebbie" Rose

Clara Elizabeth Bradford "Ebbie" Rose, 89, of Powhatan, widow of Charles David Rose, passed away peacefully at home with her family surrounding her on November 12, 2013. She is survived by her daughters, Brenda Dean (Jim), Frances Trafzer (Dennis) both of Powhatan; brother, Jimmy Bradford; sisters, Edna Carroll, Ruth Conley all of Kentucky; six grandchildren, Cindy Sullivan, Christy Mays, Katreana Morton, Rick Adams, Tiffany Sprouse, Devin Adams; six great grandchildren, Piper, Beck, Mikey, Josh, Johnny and Cassidy. Mrs. Rose loved her family more than any material things. She always had a funny story about the antics of her grandchildren. Clara loved her church Powhatan United Methodist Church and their members and was recently announced to be the oldest member of the congregation.
