David R. Rowan, 63, of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord September 12, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Janice N. Rowan; his son, John David Rowan (Jennifer) of Chesterfield; one sister, Kathy Hooley of Emporia; three brothers, Richard Rowan of Chesterfield, Michael Rowan and Timothy Rowan both of North Carolina. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ, 3137 Walmsley Blvd., N. Chesterfield, Va. 23234 and where funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m.. Interment 2 p.m. in the Providence Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Powhatan.
