Desiree Amaia Taylor

Desiree Amaia Taylor, 2, of Powhatan, went home to be with the Lord July 19, 2013. She is survived by her parents. Brittany Carter Taylor and Gabriel Taylor; maternal grandparents, John and Wendy Carter of Powhatan; paternal grandparents, Mark and Melody Taylor of Arizona; paternal great-grandparents, James and Charlotte Babcock of Powhatan, Janice Carter of Powhatan; uncle, Benjamin Taylor of Arizona; aunts, Gloria Tayor of Arizona, Katie Carter, Laurel Carter, both of Powhatan; many other loving family members. The family will receive friends Friday from 12 noon to 2 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt. 60), Powhatan and funeral services will follow at 2 pm.
