Dianne Anderson "Dinga" Campbell

On Friday April 25th, 2014, Dianne Anderson Campbell, affectionately known as "Dinga," age 67, joined her parents, Charles and Gladys Anderson and her husband, Malcolm "Mac" Campbell. She is survived and missed by her children Candy Salyer (Kevin), Malcolm Jr. "Skeeter'' Campbell, and Jason Campbell (Jennifer); grandchildren Cheyenne, Austin, Noah, Charlotte, Ian, Morgan, and great-granddaughter Reagan; brothers Chuck Anderson (Barbara), Leonard Anderson (Pam), and David Anderson (Janet); brother-in-law John Campbell (Mary); sister-in-law Nancy Newby; neighbors Clyde and Nancy Graham; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and devoted friends. Dinga loved people and conversation, she never met a stranger, and she welcomed all into her house that needed a home. She leaves a legacy of generosity and devotion to family and friends that inspires all who had the privilege of knowing her. A celebration of Dinga's life will be held at 6pm on Wednesday , April 30th, 2014 at Old Powhatan Baptist Church, Powhatan VA. In lieu of flowers , the family requests contributions are made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Dianne and Mac's honor.
