Dillard Ray Passmore

Dillard R. Passmore, 87, of Powhatan, widower of Katherine E. Passmore, went to be with the Lord December 14, 2018. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Kathy Sharlene Rowe and Karen Laverne Passmore. He is survived by three children, Kenny Passmore (Debbie) of Chesterfield, Danny Passmore (Marty), Pamela Franklin (Oscar) both of Powhatan; sister, Juanita Solesbee Angelo of N. Carolina; seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Old Powhatan Baptist Church, 2202 Old Church Rd., Powhatan. Interment church cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Powhatan Volunteer Rescue Squad.
