Doris Hogan Duffer Gilmore

Doris Hogan Duffer Gilmore, of Powhatan, formerly of Henrico, graduated to glory May 15, 2016. She was born in Richmond February 17, 1933. Doris was a Licensed Practical Nurse from 1970 until 1995 working on the MCV burn unit and Beth Shalom Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert B. Hogan, Peggy Spivey Hogan, and husband Robert(Bob) Gilmore. She is survived by her two sons Robert C. Duffer, Jr. (Cathy) of White Stone, Mark A. Duffer (Vicky) of Powhatan; two grandsons Robert C. Duffer III, M. Ben Duffer and her favorite granddaughter Sarah Duffer. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan. Funeral services to be held Wednesday at 10am in the Powhatan United Methodist Church, Powhatan. Interment Thursday at 1pm in Westhampton Memorial Park.
