Dorothy C. Worley, 71, of Cumberland, died September 11, 2014. She is survived by her sisters, Hazel N. Slater of Cumberland, Arlene M. Davis of Lynchburg, Tabitha Barham of Williamsburg; brothers, Robert C. Worley, Jr., William A. Worley both of Lynchburg; niece, Fern A. Lewis; nephew, George B. Slater (Mary); great nieces, Dayna Lewis, Mary Beth Slater, Mandy Lane; great nephews, Junior and Zachery Slater and many other nieces, nephews and extended family; devoted friends, Jean and James Swart. A memorial service will be held 2pm Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014 in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan.
