Frederick Michael Brus

Fred M. Brus, 66, of Powhatan, born November 11, 1947 in Perth Amboy, N.J. to the late Michael & Stephanie Maliszewski Brus, Sr., passed away with his family and friends by his side November 24, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Gigi Hils Brus; his siblings Lorraine Sloniewski (Frank), Michael Brus, Jr. (Debbie), Jo Ann Lorentz (Peter), John Brus all of New Jersey, Robin Peterson of Florida and his faithful companion, Chloey. He was preceded in death by three siblings, Barbara Lech, Stephen Brus and Christine Brus. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 4 to 6pm at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan and followed with a memorial service at 6pm.
