DINTIMAN, G. Brian, of Powhatan, formerly of Midlothian, VA and Nags Head, NC, beloved son, brother, uncle, and devoted friend, died Tuesday, November 13, 2012. Brian was born in New Haven, Ct. in 1967. He is survived by his significant other, Cheryl Yancey; father, Dr. George B. Dintiman and his wife Carol Ann Reid-Dintiman, Kill Devil Hills, NC; mother, Hilda Cabrera Dintiman of Fredericksburg, VA; sisters, Lynne Dintiman Mohn of Midlothian, VA, and Brenda Dintiman, MD of Herndon, VA; two nephews, Justin Mohn, Teddy Shanahan; niece Christine Marie Shanahan, and brothers-in-law Richard Mohn, Ted Shanahan, and William Lightfoot, as well as his beloved canine companion, Baby. He was a 1985 graduate of Midlothian High School, and attended Virginia Commonwealth University. Brian began working in sales with Eagle Beverage Company and remained in sales for 11 years. For the past 13 years, he was a HVAC technician on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. A memorial service will be held at the Salisbury Presbyterian Church, 13621 W. Salisbury Drive, Midlothian, VA on Monday, November 19th at 11:00 a.m. Time to greet the family and offer condolences begins at 10:30a.m. A reception for attendees will immediately follow the service at the Salisbury Country Club, directly in front of the church. If you wish, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Brian's honor to the Richmond SPCA, Outer Banks SPCA, or Crossover Healthcare Ministry in Richmond, VA.
