Iris Marable Toombs, 90 of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord on February 15, 2021. She is survived by sons, Charles Martin (Brenda), Donald Martin (Jeanne), Tommy Toombs; daughter, Teresa Cochrane (Jerry); 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great,great grandson. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 - 8:00 PM, at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, Rt. 60 in Powhatan. Services will be held Saturday at 1:00 PM in the Graceland Baptist Church.
