Janice B. Starr, 79, of Powhatan, died December 28, 2014. She is survived by her husband, Bill Starr; four children, one brother, one sister, ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday (tonight) from 6 to 8pm with a rosary at 6pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday at 11am in the St. Joseph Catholic Church, 828 Buford Rd. Interment 2pm in the Powhatan Community Cemetery.
