Joan Marie Bernier

Joan Marie Bernier, of Powhatan, died July 12, 2014. She was born August 29, 1938. Joan has taken a walk with the Lord to the sandy beaches of heaven in peace and rid of pain. She is survived by her husband, Clarke Benier; children,Cindy Calamial (Bubba) of Louisiana, Keith (Laurie) of Pennsylvania, Scott (Terri) of Powhatan; grandchildren, Tyler, Alex, Sarah, Jessica and Joe Joe; sister, Sandra Lansing of Texas; brothers, Bob Bonneau (Betty), Paul Bonneau (Nancy) all of New Hampshire. She loved to walk, the beach, spending time with her family and knitting with her friends. She will be truly missed. We love you, Joanie. Funeral service will be private.
