John A. Amaral

John Amaral, 68, of Powhatan, formerly of Cumberland R.I., went to be with his Lord February 13, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Karen Amaral; two daughters, Jennifer Stine (Teddy), Lisa Mattison (Byron) both of Powhatan; one brother, Joseph Amaral of Rhode Island and five grandchildren. John was a graduate of University of Rhode Island and a member of Knights of Columbus. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8pm in the St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 2480 Batterson Rd. Powhatan and where services will be held Friday 11am. Interment private.
