Nixon, John W., 65, of Powhatan, died November 16, 2012. He is survived by three children and their families and one brother. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2 to 4 pm at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt. 60), Powhatan. A graveside service will be held Monday 11 am at the Powhatan Community Cemetery.
