Lewis Eldridge Williams Sr.

"Willie", Sr., 77, of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord, June 28, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary Adkins Williams; children, Kimberly Williams Duncan of Chesterfield, Lewis E. Williams Jr. of Powhatan; sister, Sharon Lewis (Mark); nieces, Crystal Blount (Jeff), Stephanie Lewis; great-niece, Ella; and great-nephew, Owen. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rte. 60), Powhatan. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Old Powhatan Baptist Church, Powhatan. Interment church cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Powhatan Voluntary Fire & Rescue Squad Dept..
