Willinger Lisa Starr 53, 0f Chester Died Friday October 25, 2013. She is survived by her husband Michael Willinger; three children Chris Willinger (Allison) of Dunnsville, Erin Willinger of Richmond, Thomas Willinger of Chester; Parents William (Bill) & Janice B. Starr of Powhatan; two Brothers Duane Starr of Richmond, Greg Starr of Georgia; two sisters Sandra Lynn Roselli of Richmond and Gail Wright (Kenny) of Rawlings. The family will receive friends Monday (tonight) from 6 - 8 PM at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home 3215 Anderson (Rt 60) Powhatan. Funeral services will be held 11 am Tuesday in the St Joseph's Catholic Church 828 Buford Rd North Chesterfield. Interment 1:30 PM Powhatan Community Cemetery.
