Mary Boone Richardson

Mary Boone Richardson, 89, of Powhatan, widow of William R. Richardson, died peacefully Sunday December 2, 2012. She is survived by her daughter, Ellen R. Hauser (Tom) of Powhatan; son, Ralph S. Richardson; daughter in law, Hillary Richardson both of New Hampshire; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Mary taught everyone around her to appreciate the beauty and grace found in God's world. Her skillful hands taught and nurtured, her soul fostered love and understanding, and her rolls could restore the balance of the universe. Special thanks to Donna and Jiggs Gordon and the loving staff at A Loving Heart Adult Home for becoming part of Mary's family. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 to 8pm at St. Luke's Episcopal Church and where services will be held Thursday, 11am. Interment church cemetery. In lieu of flowers contribution may be made to St. Luke's Episcopal Church Youth Fund, 2245 Huguenot Trail Powhatan, Va. 23139.
