Monte D. Harris, 67, of Glen Allen, went to be with the Lord April 9, 2017. He is survived by wife, Birdie Ray Harris; two children, Karen Green (Charles), Jermie Harris (Cassidy) both of Cumberland; two brothers, five sister, five grandchildren, Hunter, Charles, Jr., Terrell, Emmitt and Dalton. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 15 at 4pm in the Fitzgerald Memorial Baptist Church, Cumberland. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to woundedwarriorproject.org.
