Phillip H. Jeter

JETER, Phillip H., of Powhatan, a WW II U.S. Navy veteran, passed away June 1, 2012 after a long, full life. The last brother has gone to be with our Heavenly Father, it is the end of an era. He is survived by his children, Brenda Daugherty and husband, Wade, Tina Stoher and husband, Mike, Diane Dean and Phillip Jeter; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren. The family will receive friends, Sunday (today) from 2 pm to 4 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt. 60), Powhatan. Funeral services will be held Monday 2pm at Mount Moriah Baptist Church, 5780 Mount Moriah Road, Powhatan, interment Jeter Family Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Virginia.
