Rev. Lester Clyde Adams

Rev. Lester C."L.C." Adams, 63, of Cumberland passed away December 25, 2016. Son of the late Lester Kingston Adams and Hazel Bates Adams. Preceded in death by his sister, Jean Adams, and his two sons Skibo and Michael. He is survived by his wife Shirley Adams; five daughters Leslie Garretson, Laura Garland, Charli Adams, Lisa Carter, Angel Gray; three loving brothers, David Adams, Timmy Adams and Daniel Adams; his two loving sisters Brenda Bowles and Debbie Morgan, and nine grandchildren. The family will receive friends 5 to 6pm Thursday in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt.60), Powhatan followed with a memorial service at 6pm.
