Russell W. Morris, 70, of Cumberland, died March 12, 2014. He is survived by son, Brian Morris of Cumberland; brothers, Joe Morris, Jr, of Powhatan, Henry A. Morris of Cumberland; sisters, Mary Watson of Powhatan, Goldie Nixon of Powhatan; grandchildren, Tamara, Samatha, Steven. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Sherri Lynn Morris and one sister, Joyce Morrissette. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 noon to 2 pm followed by a funeral service at 2 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy. (Rt. 60), Powhatan.
