Troy Brooks Crawford

74, of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 24, 2014. He is survived by his sons Troy Crawford (Amy) of Bon Air and Travis Crawford (Cynthia) of Louisa; daughter Tiffani Crawford of Powhatan; grandchildren Joshua, Abigail, Ryan and Ashlie; former spouse Glenda Crawford and his beloved feline companion Meng. He will be remembered for his gift of gab, love of the great outdoors and his enjoyment of nurturing the homestead. The family will receive friends Monday from 6 to 8pm at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home 3215 Anderson Hwy (Rt 60) Powhatan. A graveside service will be Tuesday 1PM in Evergreen Memorial Park Wilson N.C.
