Virginia Martha Brown

Virginia S. Brown, 95, of Powhatan departed this life March 14, 2018 with her children by her side. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas B. Brown and her parents Martha and Branch Silby. She is survived by her daughter, Paige B. Bishop (Robert); son, Thomas B. Brown, Jr. both of Powhatan; grandchildren, Bruce and Michael Bishop and one great-grandchild, Chloe Bishop. Mrs. Brown and her husband owned and operated Brown's Exxon & Grocery Store in Powhatan for 40 years. Services will be private.
