Wavie Lee Crockett, 78, of Powhatan, died July 29, 2012. She is survived by her husband, Alfred Bennett "Ben" Crockett; two daughters, Teddie Waldron of Powhatan, Cathy Williams (Jesse); one son, Samuel Waldron (Carla); one brother, Jesse Martin all of Chesterfield; five grandchildren, Jon, Lee and Gus Waldron, Laura Hanna, Seth Williams; and three great grandchildren. Tha family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm at the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Hwy.(Rt. 60), Powhatan and where services will be held Wednesday 11 am. Interment Dale Memorial Park.
