William E. "Bill" Hall, 84, of Chesterfield, formerly of Southern Shores, N.C., departed this life April 25, 2016. He was preceded in death by his wife Merle S. Hall and sister Linda H. Dean. Bill is survived by his children, Lorraine Ganczak (Ted) of Chester, Sylvia Blick (Bob) of Florida, William Hall (Donna) of Powhatan, Randy Hall (Judy) of Powhatan; two stepchildren, Patricia James of Berryville, Richard James (Cindy) of Georgia; two sisters, Susan McGinley and Bonnie Moore both of Chesterfield; nine grandchildren and one great-grandson.
