Alma Muriel Hall Dingus, 83, of Chesterfield, passed away on August 11, 2025. She was predeceased by her parents Roy Patrick Hall and Alma Derafield Hall; brothers Roy Earl Hall, Sr. and George Clifford Hall. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Tommy Stephen Dingus, two children Keith "Shadow" (Denise) and Judy (Matt); four grandchildren, Stephen (Kirsten), Angela (Rodney), Ashley (Ray) and Jessica (Tucker) and seven great grandchildren, Jayson, Khalil, Frankie, Colton, Alena, Aaron and Bryan; sister in laws and several nieces and nephews.
Muriel was born August 2, 1942 in Raysal, West Virginia. She graduated from Big Creek High School in 1960. In 1963, she married Tommy and became a military wife. Together they lived in Germany, Japan and Turkey settling in Chesterfield in 1979. Muriel was known for her loving and caring personality and wonderful cooking, especially her German Chocolate cake. She had a generous heart. Her kindness and compassion touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
She will always be in our hearts and we will never forget her.
The Family will receive friends in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home Monday, August 18, 2026 from, 11-12 (Noon) with a Funeral service at noon. Interment, Amelia Veteran Cemetery
