Anita "Kay" Stremovihtg

Anita Kay Stremovihtg, 62, of Powhatan, went to be with the lord on June 19, 2024. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Richard Stremovihtg II; Children Nicole Davenport (Patrick), Derrick Stremovihtg (Tessa), and Rachel Hughes (Sam); Mother, Pat Collins; Siblings, Michael Collins (Angela), Kathy Roberts, Sandy Webb (Dean), and Keith Collins; and a "Mimi" to six grandchildren Caroline, Joseph, Hadley, Sadie, Creed and Callie who she loved dearly; many cousins, nieces, and nephews; and close friends who she loved to spend time with. Kay was preceded in death by her father Harold "Bucky" Collins, two brothers Stevie and Greg Collins, and brother-in-law Donnie Roberts. The family will receive loved ones at Bennett & Barden Funeral Home, 3215 Anderson Highway, on Sunday, June 23rd for viewing from 4-6 pm and funeral services on June 24th at 11 am to celebrate Kay's life, with interment at the Powhatan Community Cemetery to follow.
