Arthur M. Williams, Jr., 74, of Powhatan, died March 21, 2016. He is survived by two brothers, Fred Williams (Kris) of Florida, Guy Williams (Donna) of Chesterfield; two sisters, Patricia Sadler of Amelia, Caroline Cashion of Powhatan. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Louise W. Gray. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2pm Friday in the Graceland Baptist Church, 975 Dorset Rd. Powhatan, with a graveside service to follow at 2 pm in the church cemetery. Online condolences may be made at bennettbardenfh.com
