Betty Perkins Thomas 81, of Powhatan, passed away July 7th. 2025. She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard. Survived by her nieces and nephews. She was a member of Pine Street Baptist Church, Richmond. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home. 3215 Anderson Highway, Powhatan. Burial private.
