Billy L White, 72 formally of Abingdon, passed away October 29, 2026. He is survived by his wife, Melinda White; son, Micheal White, of Powhatan; brother, Walter White of Abingdon; sisters, Vickie Wampler and Pam White of Abingdon and Elise Taylor of Castlewood. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill & Lucille White; and brother, Glenn White.

A Graveside service will be held at The White Family Cemetery, on the corner of Brumley Gap Road and Bryson Cove Road, in Abingdon Virginia on Monday, Nov. 2 2026 at 1:00 pm. Followed by a Celebration at The Brumley Group Fire Hall. All donations should be sent to Bon Secours Hospice, 2603 Nine Mile Rd. #220, Richmond, VA.
