77, of Richmond, formerly of Annapolis, Md., passed away December 19, 2015. She is survived by her husband, Frank W. Bennett; one son, Jamison Stubbs of Warrenton; step children, James Stubbs, Jr., Donna Sholly both of Pennsylvania; eight grandchildren, Elsie, Noah, Jackson, Kaylee, Peyton, Paul, Dana, Angie; three great grandchildren, Ava, Leah and Luke.
