Cathy A. Frick, 61, of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord, Thursday December 14, 2023. She is survived by her husband, Bob Frick; children, Alex Filicko, Jackie Bogdan, Lucas Frick, Emily Frick; grandchildren, Wyatt, Oakley, Quinley, Oliver, Skylar, Prissy; sister, Connie Archibald; brother, Robert Hamlin. Cathy enjoyed her Crossfit Competitions, her business, Macron's by Cathy, painting, and 30+ years of being a NICU Nurse. Her Celebration of Life will be held 11 am Friday, December 22nd at Passion Community Church Midlothian Campus. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or to St. Mary's Hospital NICU Unit.
