Charles F. Rigsby, Sr., 79, of Sandy Hook, passed away on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Joyce Holt Rigsby; daughter, Cindy R. Clark (Timothy); siblings, Jimmy, Arlene and Virginia; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 children, Charles F. Rigsby, Jr. and Bonnie Southworth. The Family will receive friends from 10:30-11:30 AM, Monday, November 28th, 2022 in the Full Gospel Church. Followed by a service at 11:30 AM. Internment in the Full Gospel Church Cemetery.
