Charlotte Ashley Atkinson, 43, of Powhatan, passed away Thursday December 7, 2017. She is survived by her parents, Joseph Manley & Elizabeth W. Atkinson; two sisters, Suzanne J. Kiiffner, Jerri Colyer; tow brothers, Stephen Britt Jenkins, Joseph Bryant Atkinson; nieces and nephews, Ciera, Whitley, Shawn, Kaitlyn, Joshua and Dakota. A memorial service will be held Sunday, December 10th at 2 p.m. in the Bethel Baptist Church, Midlothian, Va. Interment private.
