Clarence Cecil Campbell, 93 of Powhatan, Virginia, passed away January 23, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife Elsie Campbell. He is survived by his children, Cecil Campbell (Clarice), Rhonda Jenkins (Kenny) and Janice Duncan; sister's, Esteen Stowe and Peggy Yates; life long friend, Jack Williams; 10 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren. He served in the Merchant Marines at 17 years old and then the U.S. Army. A graveside service will be held Wednesday Jan 27, in the Amelia Veterans Cemetery (Private).
