Clifton Edward Smith,III of Powhatan, passed away October 14, 2020. He is survived by his sons, Patrick Lee Smith and Bradley Clifton Smith; mother, Muriel Smith; sister, Susan Presley Raymon; nephew, Mark Presely. He was preceded in death by his father Clifton Smith, Jr. The family will have a service at a later date.
