She was preceded in death by the love of her life, her husband Kenneth Lynwood Tiller, with whom she shared 40 wonderful years of marriage from September 20, 1980, until his passing in 2020. In addition, she was preceded in death by her parents Robert Castile Latham Jr. and Eva Mae Latham, and her brother Wayne Thomas Latham.
She is survived by her loving children, Victoria Whitney Tiller-Shipp (Brandon), and Matthew Stephen Tiller (Lauren), the greatest joys of her life her grandsons, Cole Maddox Tiller and Carson Wyatt Tiller, nephew Gregory Thomas Latham (Morgan), and her beloved dog, Gunner, who was always by her side.

She retired from Hirschler Fleischer law firm after 40 years of dedicated service as a Paralegal. She was so beloved and left such a major impact on the law firm that they honored her by naming their conference room after her.
Deborah was a pillar of strength and an unforgettable force of nature. She tackled anything with ease, making the impossible seem possible. Best known for her quick wit, no filter, dark humor, and infectious laugh, she could brighten even the darkest of rooms. She was always authentically and unapologetically herself, which is why when you met Deborah, you instantly fell in love with her.
We appreciate all the love, care, and support that St. Mary’s Hospital ICU and Hospice provided her.
A private family service will be held to honor her memory.
A private celebration of life will be held on November 9, 2026. Please contact her daughter, Victoria Tiller-Shipp for specific details.
