Dennis R. Lawrence

LAWRENCE, DENNIS R., 72 years old, went to be with the Lord on February 12, 2025. He was born on February 21, 1952, in Richmond, Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents, Anita B. and Thurman J. Lawrence. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Julie Lawrence; daughter, Kimberly Swanson (Shane); and one grandson, Shane Jr.; sister, Deborah Boggs (Issac);brother, Michael Lawrence (Jane); brother-in-law, Pete Hastings; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He retired from the Federal Reserve Bank as a Facility Electrician after 34 years of service. On February 28, 2025, the family will receive friends from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by services at 11:00 am and interment. All services, including the reception, will be held at St. John Neumann Catholic Church located at 2480 Batterson Road, Powhatan, VA.
