Dorothy May Carroll

Dorothy "Dot" Carroll, 93 of Powhatan, Virginia, passed away November 3, 2025. She is survived by her daughter, Denise Dingus (Keith); 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; grand-dogs, Penny & Sadie.

Dot was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Great-grandmother. She loved church and never met a stranger. She would cook for those she loved and had to feed anyone who was hungry. She loved to sit and chat outside on the deck and her view of her lake. She will be missed.

A service was held Monday, November 10, 2025 in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home. Interment Old Powhatan Baptist Church Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at bennettbardenfh.com
