Dorothy Arthur, 93, of Powhatan, passed into Glory February 21, 2019. She is survived by four children, Marene Arthur, Connie Tremonti (Libero), Randy Latuche (Lee), Lenny Latuche (Becky); nine grandchildren, and many great and great-great grandchildren. Burial private. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Bible Society (americanbible.org)
