Douglas Matthew Osborne, 80 of Powhatan, Virginia, passed away on his birthday, July 14, 2025. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Edith Osborne as well as his brother, John Henry Osborne. He is survived by his wife, Myrtle Osborne; children, Melinda (John), Douglas (Sherry), David (Angie), Connie (Keenan), Dewey (Linda), Vicky (Chris) and Donald (Renee); 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; adopted son's, Brian Olgers and Robert Myers; siblings, Larry Osborne and Martha Moore. Services Private.
