Edith White Lafoon, born August 12, 1933, passed away on March 15, 2022. She is survived by 8 children, 6 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. She was a very sweet and strong woman. She will be missed by her family and friends. Edith was loved by all. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6 to 8 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held Friday 2 pm in the Powhatan Community Cemetery.
