Elaine Stremovihtg

Elaine Stremovihtg, 82 of Powhatan, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 5, 2026. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Richard Stremovihtg; 4 children, Richard Stremovihtg II, Donnie Stremovihtg (Anne), Teresa King (Mark) and Alaina Ivey (Marc); 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; siblings, Marie Reynolds Martin, Betty Rickman, and Robert Drummond. She is preceded in death by her parents, 4 siblings and daughter in law, Kay Stremovihtg.

She was gentle, kind and loving , always putting others before herself. Spending everyday with her husband and being with her family was what made her happy. She loved her family deeply, but most of all, she loved Jesus.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 9, 2025 from 10:30 am to 12:00 PM in the Clover Hill Baptist Church, 3100 Courthouse Road, Chesterfield. A service will follow at 12:00 pm.
