Evelyn Morrison Johnson, 91 of Powhatan, passed away July 25, 2026. She is survived by her children, Eugene Morrison (Annette), Roger Morrison, Carolyn Durrbeck (Wayne), John (Papa John) J. Morrison and Patricia Hudgins (Jim); 14 Grandchildren; 11 Great-Grandchildren; and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren. Mary was loving and caring woman who was one of a kind. She truly loved her family and children.
The family will receive friends Thursday July 30, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Bennett & Barden Funeral Home. Where a service will be held Friday, at 11:00 am. Interment Powhatan Community Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at bennettbardenfh.com
